Published December 1, 2002

Canon David McKay, rector of St. Mary?s church, Oak Bay, B.C. has been suspended from priestly duty while a diocesan investigation team looks into charges of sexual misconduct that allegedly occurred 20 years ago when he was rector of St. Paul?s, Nanaimo, B.C.
