TV ads decry violence

The Episcopal diocese of Los Angeles put out a series of 30-second ads on local television near Christmas to carry a message against violence.

The Stop the Violence campaign grew out of the recent cross-country Hands in Healing trip taken by diocesan leaders and youth. The spots feature young people speaking out on prevention of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, gang activity, hate crimes and terrorism.
