Vancouver School of Theology, in the diocese of New Westmin-ster, plans to turn 10 acres of its land on the campus of the University of British Columbia into a $20-million endowment and renovate some facilities.
A real estate development, called Chancellor Place, will include condominiums, student housing and affordable rental housing.
