FaithLife Financial has awarded about $80,000 in scholarships to 46 young students across Canada through a program called Horizons; 36 of the recipients are enrolled in university and 10 are enrolled in colleges or technical institutes. University scholars received $2,000 for tuition and college students, $750.

Scholars were chosen on the basis of academic performance and church and/or community involvement. The annual competition is open to members (those covered by FaithLife Financial insurance or investment products) who are enrolled in any full-time undergraduate or graduate degree or college diploma program at an accredited institution in Canada or abroad.

FaithLife Financial offers insurance and investment programs to Christians across the country.
