Last year, the National Church Council – not the Eastern Synod – of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada voted to ask the 2007 National Convention to reconsider its 2005 decision rejecting same-sex blessings. Incorrect information appeared in the February issue of the Anglican Journal. The Journal regrets the error.
