With unemployment in the West Bank and Gaza at 25 to 55 per cent, the Episcopal Technological and Vocational Training Center in Ramallah provides hundreds of young men and women with much-needed support and a critical path to a better future. Students learn trades-with a particular focus on hotel and restaurant management- at this school run by the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem.
