St. Phillip’s Church in Victoria is celebrating 45 years by creating a Book of Memories and is seeking the help of all parishioners, past and present. Appointments

Ecclesiastical Province of Canada Diocese of Nova Scotia and P.E.I. Rev. Paul Wilkie has been appointed regional dean of the region of Prince Edward Island effective immediately. Rev. Ian Wissler has been appointed rector of the parish of All Saints by the Sea, Canso, Diocese of Nova Scotia and P.E.I., effective Dec. 1, 1999.
