					<description><![CDATA[I was a close friend of Lorie’s at university in Saskatoon. We went through the BFA program together. I was devastated when I first heard of her murder. I have never forgotten her. 
I hope her parents have found some kind of peace. 
Life truly is the valley of the shadow of death.
I hope there is some meaning in so much loss and suffering.]]></description>
