This is bad theology. Christ has already paid the price: we are forgiven. It’s sad to see the Anglican Church taken over by “musical theater” aficionados who clearly don’t believe we are already saved, but that there is a fashionable “covenant of works” that must be undertaken continuously—one that involves bending the knee, instead of standing up and saying “no, I am forgiven.”

This reads like one talking point after another.

We should be hearing Biblical guidance rather than secular condemnation.
