Following the devastating January 2010 earthquake in Haiti, Anglicans in Canada donated more than $2million to the Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF).

Since then, PWRDF has been working to help provide food, water, shelter and medical care as well as to assist in the reconstruction of homes, schools and people’s livelihoods.

Now, you can see how your support is making a difference by visiting Haiti with Simon Chambers, PWRDF Communications Coordinator, as he blogs photos and stories from the region. “It is a real privilege to share with Anglicans at home the good work and hope their donations are making possible,” says Chambers who will be touring projects and comparing notes with partners, including ACT (Action by Churches Together) Alliance and the Canadian Foodgrains Bank.

You can follow Chambers’ blogposts at http://pwrdfblog.livejournal.com and go to http://www.pwrdf.org for regular updates.
