We do indeed live in a world in which money is a taboo subject in the same way as &quot;religion&quot; is and as sex used to be.  

A good start would be for &quot;full disclosure&quot; of our personal income/benefits to each other.  Unfortunately, whenever I have participated (and shared) in this topic in church meetings, the topic was struck from the table because &quot;it&#039;s all confidential&quot;.   For over thirty years I was a teacher in a Christian school and my salary and benefits were public knowledge as was the minister&#039;s salary/benefits.]]></description>
