Everyone should both respect themselves, their family history, their ethnicity, their language and culture as well as their own personal and families` strengths but also, most importantly, must respect the rights of others to do the same for the same things . The good Lord made all sorts of differences in the appearances and various characteristics of human beings; we should not be trying to make everyone the same and lose all the real diversity we have so often celebrated and cherished . If more people paid attention to the rabbi`s message there would be far fewer problems in our society.
