Rev. Ray Turner, a long-time Anglican priest in the diocese of Kootenay, was inducted March 3 as half-time pastor of St. John?s Lutheran Church in Oliver, B.C. He also holds an honorary position at St. Edward the Confessor Anglican church in Oliver.
