					<description><![CDATA[I understood that the Anglican Church paid its obligation in the settlement of  claims of residential schools but the Roman Catholic church did not, arguing that the corporation it sent to represent it in the 
settlement negotiationss a) did not have the authority to settle on behalf of all the many corporations the RC church has set up to avoid national liability and b) in any event that corporation did not have the funds to pay its share of damages. Is that true? Is it not a significant national story?]]></description>
