It is tempting to go to any of the affected areas to offer practical help as an able, fit and healthy woman with nursing background, and a willingness to ‘pitch in’ wherever help might be needed.
I am also mindful of the scarce resources and accommodation available, as people stubble to deal with their own needs for food and shelter, so of course, i would not want to become more of a burden than a help.
What is PWRDF’s position on this, and is there any way in which more practical help can be offered?
