					<description><![CDATA[Excellent article. A number of different views. I found myself agreeing and disagreeing with most of the comments. Which is I think very Anglican of me. I don&#039;t think good or bad preaching is what is keeping the 15 year old standing outside or inside our churches. I think it&#039;s our daily interactions with people that will bring them, or not to our doors. Once inside we should be preaching the Gospel using what talents the Holy Spirit has given us. That could be academic, or charismatic or interactive or all 3 or more. We can&#039;t assume Anglican Preachers can be all things to all people, we need to be the prophets to the people we meet and see. But when we fail to preach the Gospel and we will, we are human, we have the liturgy and the sacraments to remind people that God&#039;s grace is not limited to my ability to preach the word.]]></description>
