It's hard to understand what is being said when the author conflates a religious ideology with race. Muslims are not a racial grouping. There is no "racial" characteristic inherent in Islam. It is a belief system that layers political and legal systems on top of a religious system.

The author is incorrect in saying that no one outside a system can evaluate a system. To adequately present Jesus Christ as Lord to Muslims, it is necessary for Christians to analyse the Quranic text in order to understand the inadequacies of Islam as a source of truth in understanding redemptive theology.
