The diocese of Huron has established an endowment fund that will award a bursary in biblical languages under the name of Archbishop Michael Peers, who recently retired as primate of the Anglican Church of Canada. The bursary will be awarded annually to a candidate for ordination attending Huron University College who has demonstrated proficiency in Hebrew and/or Greek.
