New Westminster’s diocesan council has decided to set up a fund to help new parishes build and old parishes rebuild and to make initial grants and loans totalling more than $400,000 to three congregations. The fund will assist the parishes of St. George in Fort Langley, St. Michael in Surrey and St. Andrew in Pender Harbour.
