He does not have permanent housing, and while the church in Waterloo is mounting a campaign to assist (God bless them for doing something!) it is not the solution. While I understand that creating headlines is a skill, I believe it is equally important that the reader of the headline will get a true sense of the story.
How about Jonas Allooloo —Temporary Solution Found.

All the good work of the previous article(s) has been undone by three words in the current headline, sigh.
