I am aware of the new worship material that has been produced by the Roman Catholic Church, but I have not read the material. As a bishop in the Anglican Church of Canada, and chair of the Anglican Journal Committee, I can assure you that the Anglican Church of Canada has no intention of copycatting the Apostles’ Creed or any other material in the new service ordinal.As for the idea of banning Morning Prayer, I do not know where that concern lies. I, along with many other Anglicans, say Morning Prayer daily. Although our Sunday worship has become primarily Eucharist, Morning Prayer services have not been banned and never will be.
