The &quot;stewardship&quot; sermons are invariably about giving money; there is stewardship of the waters, the land, the air, etc.  Rarely mentioned in a &quot;stewardship&quot; sermon.  The question for my wife and me is not &quot;how much to give to the church&quot; (or to charities), but of the 100% of that with which we are entrusted, how do we make our decisions.  It may mean, for example, spending &quot;our own&quot; money to restore a wetland for wildlife.  Or to pay a heating bill for the church building.  Or. . .]]></description>
