People attend Church so that may have a closer and more meaningful relationship with God.

So what does a person do when he or she keeps on hearing so often and so much about these other things and so rarely and so little about Jesus Christ? They stop going to that Church. Maybe they find another Church to attend, maybe not.

The Anglican Church of Canada must get rid of the politics and stop trying to be a lobby for left wing causes and issues. It must get back to being a Christian Church that teaches everyone that Jesus Christ is God, and it is only through Jesus Christ that we are saved from our sins. The Anglican Church of Canada must start saying forcefully that all other “faiths”, especially islam, are false and wrong. That it is only the Christian Faith that is God’s Truth. Until the Anglican Church of Canada does these things it will continue to decline and eventually die.

It is not a matter of going there daily as to school. The casual attitude towards religion fostered by the secular world around & the secular school system fostered by the pubic figures have no not helped. Then the established churches of yore have not helped by their stance on homosexuality & one has an confessed atheist as a pastor. So when we practice that there are no absolutes the people think the same. Then people ask as Pilate asked what is truth ? On top of this the Church still clings to an ancient structure & practices where no action can be taken against an abusive priest all leads to people becoming disillusioned & leaving it. CHRIST said the gates of hell cannot prevail against it & we Christians have to make sure we donot help the devil.
