					<description><![CDATA[I met Fr. Erb as a teenager when he was in Guyana and benefitted from the programs he had done for the youths in and around the Subryanville area where the Youth Centre was built. 

Only recently, I took a picture of the building as I have such fond memories of all the activities I was involved in there.  A surprise 16th birthday party was organized for me and held there.

I always remember him as this jovial, pleasant person with lots of energy and always wondered what he did when he left Guyana.  I typed in his name and came across this article, (thanks to technology).  He had invited all the youths he could find in the area regardless of religion and through this many of us became friends and stayed friends throughout the years.

It was such a pleasure meeting him.  Beautiful human being.
